So I contacted IRCC to enquire about my application that was delivered on April 19th, and the agent was unable to find my application, and said that it was missing. She said she would look into it and get back to us, but have yet to heart anything. We have emailed trying calling IRCC multiple times and have had no response. Has anyone had any experience with this issue?
There will not be any update on GCKEY at all. ECAS certainly change once your app forwarded to respective spouse's VO.
You will notice total 4 lines and line number 2 will say when they started to process spouse application. Example is below for my spouse app:
We received (spouse name)'s application for permanent residence on April 4, 2018.
We started processing (spouse name)'s application on June 26, 2018.
We sent (spouse name) medical instructions on May 18, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
But my husband medical result was received on June 18 and since thAn there’s no update if the case is in background check or not I’m starting to get concerned now....
As far as i know, the one who's going to do the BGC will be your respective VO, meaning they have already received it. Well, I'm not sure about this though. Mine was received by my VO but no updates yet regarding my BGC.
