So, quick question:

On Form 5532: Relationship info & sponsorship evaluation on Pg 1. Can my husband estimate how much he earned at the jobs he worked at? Is CIC strict about that? How did you guys fill out this income section for the sponsor? (Monthly gross income) Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

I did mine according to my pay stub. Not sure how strict they are but the sponsor does need to provide a letter from their employer, and a NOA or a proof of income statement, so therefore CIC will be able to verify what amount is used.

Hi Guys question i just submitted my application last april 3rd. I just would like to ask about NOA. because i only provided a letter from my current employer that includes my my hourly rate. Will there be a problem if i want able to send NOA of proof of income statement? will they return my application?

Why didn't you include your NOA?

Did you include an explanation letter as to why you didn't include it?

If there was no explanation then yes, I think it could be an issue. You were to include letter from your employer AND also an NOA.

I forgot. I focused on sending my letter of employment. We were preparing this app since last year and just now I realized to check the document checklist but we already sent our app last week

You didn't check the checklist PRIOR to sending? There have been form updates too.

Only thing you can do now is to try and submit it via web form and hope they match it up with your submitted app.

We are still waiting for the AOR they say will receive an email maybe 4 to 6 weeks. Should I send it after I receive the AOR?

Well that's the issue..you may not get an AOR. They may just return the whole application to you..in which case it won't be entered into the system..therefore they may not be able to match up something you send via webform.

Id send it now and hope that somehow they see it and don't return your app.

You can but the issue is the same. They will have to match it up to your application which at the moment has no application number.

And who knows how fast they open their mail. They open your app in 3 weeks time and then they may open your NOA envelope in 5 weeks time.

I don't know how it works at CIC any better than anyone else so all this is just speculation.

I sent my husband's application package to CPC Mississauga on the 13th of Feb and received confirmation on March 27th saying they have started processing on March 26th. March 29th recd mails asking to link the application and submit Schedule A, police clearance and Medicals. Also, Sponsorship approval mail was sent to me on the 29th of March. That was really quick

same is the case with me ..they r working very fast.. now my application is forwarded to ndvo today i.e 11-04-2018.. lets see how fast ndvo works!! fingers crossed
