At the oath they said to wait for 3 full days but each person is different. If you check your ecas, once it changes to 'Complete' that means the system is updated and you can apply. Mine did take 3 days, I did my oath on a Wednesday and it changed on the Saturday. Some other people report that theirs is changed by the next day,

How long Should i wait more to contact CIC??

I called yesterday and I got a standard response of your within the 12 month processing time.
They checked my file and said nothing is wrong ive just had to wait it out.

DM does not add a step, you need to check daily and only then will you see the change to decision made and know the date. There is no way of you finding that out now.

Thanks! Once it says 'Decision Made' does that mean they've completed everything and all that's left is to attend the citizenship ceremony or could the decision be that your application is declined?

As far as I know, Usually when the decision is taken nothing would change it UNLESS there is a modification in the criminal record or the gouvernement withdraw / cancel your Permenant Residence status for a reason or another... Or they suspect a fraud!!! These cases don’t happen often...

My application was received on April 23, 2018 and was IP since July 30. Till now I don’t hear anything from IRCC, is it normal? My case processing office is in Kitchener.

same here. Kitchener office - very slow. my IP is July 17. My best bet is we could get test invite in April.
