I can’t really understand the delay!it has been about 7 months,why is so slow!as to my understanding none of the april applicants get a test invite!while on the other hand some got the ceremony invite...it looks to me that there is something wrong going on in Edmonton

I am April batch in Calgary and haven't received invitation letter as well. On calling CiC i was told they address on case by case basis and not necessarily based on submission window.

Guess we have to keep our fingers crossed and stay calm

Everywhere in Canada its quicker except for EDMONTON applications ?.?! Why they delay EDMONTON applications ? It been more then 7 month now , Edmonton service something wrong in it ? Edmonton applicants should submit letter to cic Ottawa to ask what happen. Like seriously

New Brunswick also seems very slow at the moment too. Its hard to gauge an expected time frame because so few people are applying here and reporting their experiences but it seems that 6 months between going on from 'In Process; and the test invite is normal. I passed the 4 month mark since IP yesterday and I'm still waiting for the test.

hi, moved to a different province. Applied in April and IP since July. No test invite yet.

You and me are in the same situation. I am also in IP since July. It's been 7 months and God knows how much longer they are gonna take!!

Did you move away from NB or are you here in NB now? I'm an NB applicant and still waiting for the test after going to 'In Process' on June 27th.

So far it seems that there are a few areas that are moving very quickly for their applicants and many other areas that are exceptionally slow with no movement for anybody there.
