Were you both married when you applied to permanent residence? so they have the info.
but I would recommend to add mrg certificate ; this is what I personally did.

if PR or healthcard or passport are not considered identification for minors; so what can ? drivers license out of question.

I did submitted PR+HC+PASS and got AOR for my family after 12 day from application submission date.

You can get a license at 16 here, and all you have to do is a super easy written test.

Is there any specific reason you find in your case for which they sent RQ or its randomly picked ?

For Quality Assurance department picked my file randomly

Don't worry, it seems the processing times have slowed since April.
If you look back on this forum there are people who submitted weeks before you and still have yet to receive their AOR.
I am one of them.

FYI for those applicants who are still waiting for AOR like me, I just phoned the immigration this morning and as per automated generic voicemail, all applications received after April 13 haven't been processed yet. Thank you.

I think they started now
mine was received April 18
today I got my AOR (June 15).
I think applicant received on or before 25 April should receive their AOR within the next 10 days
