I would attach a fresh calculation sheet and calculate the dates till today. Back dating signature is not a good idea by common law. But I will leave it to the senior members to answer
Thanks, qwert97
Hello there,
I sent my application in April and it was returned because I forgot to sign and date the online physical calculation form. I guess with all the stress..well..stupid. I know...anyways my question is: can I sign and date that same form I sent with the original application(the one they returned) and date it April?
Thanks
Please attach the latest calculations and sign it. I got my application returned because the date of physical calculator was past 90 days.
Would you mind to explain why your application returned. Its so sad after a longtime if application returned.
Sure it was a silly mistake on my part. I originally created my physical calculator in Jan and I used the same calculator to send in April. But they cannot accept any calculation which is past 90 days by the time they receive the application.
Updated. Good Luck!!
Congrats!! Updated
Thank you sir

Hello..
I submitted my application on April 11...until now, still no AOR yet..
Hi, I received a RQ, fingerprints, Exit/entry record, reference from a person knows at least two years to you etc in mail on June 11.
They basically send my application to Quality Assurance department, which requested a lot of documents for each and every thing.
Any body knows how to get entry exit record from Pakistan.

Is there any specific reason you find in your case for which they sent RQ or its randomly picked ?
