I did IELTS for my PR and I sent the original results as part of that application process. As a result I only have a copy of my results so I sent a copy. Haven't received my AOR yet so not sure if that was good enough.

I'm used my original in the PR process too.
Since you used it in the process they will accept a copy of it with the additional information from you saying that the original is in the PR process # xxx.

I did it and received my AOR in 23 days.

Delivered on Apr. 5th, Got AOR just few minutes ago. May 2nd. I believe yours is on the way. Good luck.

It’s my second time because my first app was delivered on January 29 and returned

It's a case to case basis, just wait, it will come in due time. Look at my application, I received my AOR last April 19 but until now I haven't received IN PROCESS in ECAS yet.

In question 13 it ask us to tell if we had any immigration status in any country. I have had Dubai and USA visit visas in the past and currently hold a valid USA visit visa. Does this visit visa counts towards immigration status. Do I need to mention this visit visa in question 13. Please if anyone can answer. Thanks

No, visiting visa doesn't count. You have to list study visa/work visa if any, and citizenship of origin.
