thought i could utilize this saturday and submit my application but i'm stuck at below question, see if anybody can help me?

Have a quick question regarding the CIT 0002 'APPLICATION FOR CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP' form,

Section 11 page 3
Enter details of your employment and education history during the eligibility period below

So i have been international student then post grad worker and then got my pr status.

In the table, name of contact/phone # and email address is required,
what do i write in it, like contact for the university?
same for my past employers, do i write the person's phone #?

Name, address, and phone number of someone they can call to verify that you attended/worked where you stated on your application.

Hello Everyone,
I have been eligible to apply for citizenship for more than a year now... Please can you help me clear some questions.

I took a Diploma Course through a private college in Vancouver back in 2013. I do not have a Valid IELTS Genreal Category certificate right now. Do I need to take an exam?

2. Regarding application Form. Question# 11 5th Column, "Where were you physically Located?" Do I need to mention my residential address at that time OR Do I need to mention the Employers address?

For your university or education, use contact details (Phone number, email address) of your University/College registrar office. In the address section, use official postal address or your university/college.

For your past employment write contact details (phone number and email address) of your immediate supervisor/manager. In the address section, use official postal address of your employer. (not your residential address)
