Thanks a lot, what about the taxes , should we attach only Canadian taxes or the out of country taxes as well, that we filed before we landed as immigrants and fall in the eligibility period

You don't need to provide the copies of NOA as you have to provide your SIN in the application form through which the citizenship officer will find out your tax information. Please read the requirements and the instructions guide to better assist you in your file preparation. The link is

I believe the residence calculator will indicate your eligibility period (Date/Month/Year) based on the (exact) date of landing you input in the calculator.

4. We sent you correspondence on September 6, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
I haven't received anything since then. So what actions should I do in this situation? Is there any online form/request that I have to submit online?

I would check your snail mail, same thing happened to me and for some reason they sent it via mail.
