At least not me ,,,I know my luck ,yeah can bet on to be the last one,may be 7 months from IP...

My application went to "In Process" on July 16th. Below are the lines straight from my ECAS

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 16, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 8, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on July 16, 2018.

Are there any Apr applicants waiting to get AOR? My app reached on Apr 26th. I still have'nt heard anything since then...
Did someone call the CIC recently, their line seems to be busy and i only hear a recorded message saying " there is high call volume and try later"

Any help pls

Hi there. I actually called them last week to check the status of my permanent card application status. From my experience there best time to call them is first thing in the morning. I called around 7am MST and was put in the queue after literally couple of minutes. Waited around 20 min as my waiting time went from 2 min to 12 but was able to speak to an agent and get needed info. Good luck!

What it could be?
