how do i call ircc from outside canada? im currrently on vacation will be back in canada in 2 weeks but m worried i passed my test on sep 13 n still no decision made on ecas my application was recevied april 23, 2018 n in process since july 23, 018

Which office is processing your application? it should be normal, i did my test in September and still waiting for Oath invitation.

My husband is also waiting. He did the test on October 11, 2018 and no decision made. We called a while back and they said everything looks good just background check not done yet. And wait until April 2019 to call

I think DM only happens after the checks are all done. However, our interview officer mentioned that they do one more round of checks before the oath. I assume that's to check that between the DM and oath you haven't been charged with a crime or anything that would make to ineligible.
