I got my GCMS notes this morning. Processing office is Scarborough. This is my current status:

• Clearance Request: RCMP Y
• Knowledge: Not Started
• Residence: Not Started
• Language: Not Started
• Prohibition: Not Started
• Criminality: Passed
• Oath: Not Started

It looks like there has been little to no activity on my file since July.

Still waiting on my wife's notes to come through.

But, I didn't receive the oath invitation yet. I am still on IP.

processing started on 15 May;
Passed test 9 August;
Oath scheduled for 16 November.

I guess my husband isn’t the only one. We are in Ottawa as well, applied in March received on April 3, he did he’s second atttempt for the test on October 11 he passed and we are also in process no decision made yet. We called CIC on Friday, they said to just wait and if nothing by April to give them a call back.

We just have to wait

1. Is their discover Canada book enough for the test? I also found some online tests that I will practice those as well.
2. Is the test difficult to pass?
3. What do they ask in the interview session?

Same happened to me. I passed from the first time, but still waiting for DM. I called them last week, they said you have to wait. It's frustrating
