Let the case officer review, it should be fine since the document from your HR says you will be required to reside at least until 2020 which is above and beyond the stipulated 1 yr requirement.

"Wait" is the only option left for me rite now....However, my HR letter does not state that I am required to stay till 2020 specifically as highlighted by tanush14..it mentions I am required to stay here for 2 yrs..though meaning is same..not sure how the reviewing Officer would read it. But fingers crossed!

My only worry is that 50 points are already deducted. Not sure if anyone else faced similar situation. @legalfalcon- Any idea, are you aware of any such case?

I haven't received PPR mail yet but instead, when I opened my CIC Account it showed Updated and When I opened it there was an information letter (PPR).
Not necessarily. "Recommend passed" is just the case analyst's note. The case officer has to act upon that (which they usually but not-so-promptly do) to be able to say that for sure.
My GCMS notes also have that note, dated May 15th, and yet here I am, still IP1.
