Hi, can you let me know your VO?

I do not know. I called the agent once to ask my VO he said that mine is an online application so there is no specific VO or person that is working on it. If any officer is free from any of the offices from around the world they go to their servers and access the documents from there on a given applicant. So there is no specific VO.
