I personally would say that you stick to your employer for little longer since you got Points for Nomination, you worked all the way through so dont take chance , you have just little far to go n you will be there almost,
I heard one scenario in different province, there is a guy who did his PNP PR n file got approved so he thought its ok to quit job n move, he moved to Toronto n sent his passport for visa stamp, on the otherside, his employer called CIC n reported that he left company after getting PR, CIC deducted his score for nomination n sent his passport without visa stamp, so i would say keep going, once you are done, give them big thumb down n walk away if they harassed you mentally
Rest seniors can give their opnion n you take that
Shouldn’t take any chance until your landing is done, you arent consider Official PR until landing is not done, yes CIC sent PPR email to that guy n he sent his passport for stamp n COPR n rejection n all happened in just week time, one call from employer cost him a big, so i would say stick to your job for now
I have filed my PR application express entry on July 30,2018 under the pnp program. I got nominated via BC PNP Express Entry (SI-International graduate) due to which I had additional 600 points and I could file my PR application. Could you please let me know if at all it is possible for me to leave this job now that I have filed for my pr? What will be the consequences if I leave my job at this point ? Please help me out .. the reason I want to leave this job is because they are literally harassing me and putting too much pressure on me just because I'm getting my residency done through this company. Initially I thought I will stick for a few more months somehow but each day it is getting worse. Please guide me.. Thanks in advance!
I can understand your frustration. If your PNP is employer based , don't leave the job.
As your have been nominated for BC PNP SI- INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE, it is employer plus experience based. Your employer is supporting your pnp. So SAY NO for quitting job for now. Stick here till you get PR.
AND WHAT IS WRITTEN IN EMPLOYER SECTION and Restrictions On Employment Section in your pnp certificate?
