Application includes me + 2 dependants and my AOR is April 30, IP1 since May 4th (FSW-O)
I was able to speak to an IRCC agent an hour ago. Basically, he confirmed what my GCMS notes say. Background check hasn't started yet and eligibility looks good but a final decision hasn't been taken yet. He said generally, eligibility is finalized once background check and security are cleared. He also said that everything looks good and that I shouldn't worry about my application. He also mentioned that the fact that they do not need additional docs is a good sign. And he was able to provide all this info because my application is being processed in Ottawa, probably due to workload in visa offices outside Canada. In short, he said that I had nothing to worry about and that I just had to be patient and wait a little longer
I am also kind off confused, in your GCMS notes it says Recommended Pass, in my GCMS notes it says Passed, does these two things mean the same or different ?
I just met an old friend of mine, he recently moved from Egypt and traveled extensively in Saudi, UAE, Qatar and few other countries... He was telling me that his AoR - PPR duration was 21 days... and I was like WTF....

My understanding is that your application is much more advanced than mine as it says that eligibility, security and criminality are passed whereas mine only says eligibility is recommended pass and security and criminality are not started yet. Eligibility is recommended pass by junior analyst whereas it only changes to passed once senior officer validates it

In my opinion, your PPR is right around the corner. You should give IRCC a call by the end of the week just to check.

you made me look back at my GCMS notes again

There is no mention about the passing of the security on the GCMS notes. I understand from forum members that security details are usually removed.
I tried calling them twice and found that you were talking to them on the other line

. They did not take my call

Hi,
My AOR is April 06 and still in IP1. I have decided to ask for GCMS notes.
For this question what should i select?
Q: Which specific information are you looking for?
Option 1: Status update of file / reasons for refusal / officer's electronic notes
Option 2: The application, supporting documents, and correspondence send to and/or from IRCC
Thanks bhai .... I would definitely consider this option ... once i get near to the end of this process....

After IP2 update the same happened with me. No email was received. This is normal. I have same timeline as yours post IP2. Just counting sheeps at night

and checking the CIC Portal once during the day

I have faced a few winter in the states. I believe the Canadian winter is even stronger and chilling
