Oh hellz yeah. I've been at IP2 since April 18. Spoke to IRCC and they said my application was still in 'early stages' whatever that means

friends i got an "unsual" ADR from CIC yesterday,
the first one requested me to upload a CV, a so called "request for additional information for students" form and another one about my military service wich is strange since i didn't specified any military service during my personal history in the e-APR (i was exempted for medical reasons).
the second one requested all my work contracts, paychecks, bank account details and the tax records of 2016 and 2017.
also on the first request i was told that if i have difficulties uploading the document on MyCIC, i should send them by E-mail to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca, does it mean that my BGC is done in Ottawa VO (despite the fact i'm FSW-O from Algeria) ??

I also gave FD as proof of fund, having maturity on Nov 2018. But I also made my bank write on a letter head, that these funds are free of any debts and can be liquidated at any time. Will that be okay?

This should be ok. I didn't even get a letter from the bank. I just gave a screenshot along with the link to the bank's website stating about premature withdrawal. Getting a letter directly from the bank is even better.

strange. I think a fellow Algerian will have to answer that for you.

stuck at background checking for 35 days now
but someone said normally it only takes 7-20 days to conduct background checking，so do I need to worry my case?

Don’t worry man. I’m Chinese applicant in CEC category. I have been in IP2 since 04.11 and at least bgc started from 04.17 so more than 42 days in bgc. According to my immitracker, Chinese applicants all have longer bgc time most of cases. Relax.
