Am not sure about education in the US not needing WES. Am very sure about Canadian degree holders not needing WES as the WES Immigration evaluation is to ascertain that your education is equivalent to that of Canada. Are you implying that you didn't use WES at all?

I used WES for evaluation of education from my home country not for education from US

did you check your junk/spam folder? if yes, n founding nothing, id suggest call IRCC in the morning and get an update from them

There is no fixed time frame. Keep checking your mails everyday and all folders.

If you don't get anything in a few days then contact IRCC because I heard a few cases where the mail could not be delivered to the email address and in that case they resend.

I have exactly the same situation. I'm in IP2 on May 27th, and there was an unidentifiable update last weekend. I'm still waiting for PPR. It's quite frustrating.

There is no timeframe. But I heard someone called IRCC after update and was informed that his application was approved but ppr email could take up to a month to receive. Good luck

This morning I wished an update and my wish granted....finally my file moved forward....
Status updated to ip2 but no email yet....
