i saw someone from Algeria on facebook who got it's PPR in 70 days (maybe because she was a NB PNP), so i guess it's not all that bad (yes i know i'm conforting myself but we have to hold on to any good news we can find

anyway, from IRCC website, Paris VO is responsible for temporary resident applications from : Algeria, Andorra, Belgium, France, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Spain (including the Canary Islands), St. Pierre et Miquelon, Switzerland. To be honest, that's a lot of small countries so there dont seem to have a lot of workload to justify their slow pace.
