Checked my profile today... i had got my AOR on 6th April. Currently it says:

Review of medical results -
You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents -
We do not need additional documents.
Interview -
You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics -
We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check -
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision -
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

My question is what is the next stage - IP1 or IP2 or something else? Rather which stage am I in?

Any idea when I can expect the PPR?

As per the above status your's in IP1. You can expect any time in next 3 months if it goes smooth.

You should expect to receive it as soon as your application is transmitted to IRCC.
