I had seen ur notes.. it says ur NOC code in ur oinp pnp certificate doesnot match with ircc application

Please check once wht is noc code in oinp nomination.. is it matching with ircc noc code..

Notes 10 in pg 183 clarify ur review required stmt..

Donot worry they may ask explanation on discrepancy between ur oinp certificate and ircc submitted application..

Other than this everything is pass.

Word of advice - please mask ur personal details while sharing ur gcms notes in public domain..

Mine changed, so I guess it is really a ghost update! Hope it is my PPR coming!

Are you sure nothing in the Application status page changed? I also had the same case as yours last week but when I clicked in the application page my ADR was changed to 'Not Applicable' from ' We are reviewing the additional documents you provided' but haven't received any mail or PPR yet.

Anyway donot worry.. junior officer had given his review and senior officer review is still pending... just wait for some time u may be receiving adr req for this one..

you seem to be an experienced individual regarding immigration. Sir i want to ask that i am a mathematics teacher here in Pakistan but here we dont need a certification for a teacher unlike canada. does this has an effect on my NOC??? will they reject my application based on this??

I am masters in electronics engineering but i have an experienc of 4 years of teaching mathematics to o levels
what will be my noc and am i eligible to apply for EE as my educational background is different than my career field.

Nothing changed. My ADR has been "Not Applicable" for over 2.5 months.
And from what I've seen in this forum, after the ghost update one guy got the golden mail after 2 hours, while other got after 2 weeks... I think that worst case scenario it is a good sign, after nothing changing for so long! Best case scenario, I'll be popping a champagne today!

It all depends on review from senior officer sitting in new delhi..
Im hoping for an positive response.. atleast they may ask ADR.. even if they reject in worst case.. change the noc code and again submit fresh application..

no they wont reject. in the notes the case analyst mentioned your duties match both NOC.
what is your timeline, AOR, IP1, IP2 etc.

I donot know personally.. but i had read in some posts related to oinp where some folks got extension by writing concern to team for extending their nomination period.. read posts related to oinp for more info..

don’t take it negativily but wat I interpreted from the notes is that ur eligibility has been failed due to that noc conflict...
n the case analyst has recommended senior officer for refusal of application... but there r chances as other senior members said that they may ask u for explanation... i would ask u to raise a cse as soon as possible explaining all the confusion.. it may help
