Hi everyone, we applied as a family (my wife and myself) and my wife received FP request but not me. She did the FP at local RCMP office and they said will send it to CIC within a week. They suggested to contact CIC and inform CIC that FP has been done.I am wondering whether both of our applications are processed at the same time? Any thought on this one?

The exam itself should take 15 min if you study well from what I've heard. The issue isn't the exam - rather it's the interview AFTER the exam. There is a waiting time between taking the written test and having the interview with the Immigration Officer. Nobody can predict exactly how long that could be.

I think that's the standard reply because on the site it says that processing can take up to 12 months.
