Fencesitter said:I paid online. I tried entering my receipt number on ecas, but no go.
I called CIC a few weeks ago and the agent I spoke to confirmed they have my name in their system. The agent said that the system shows my name and birth date, and that payment has been received. I guess this is sort of like a verbal AOR. The agent went on to say that if they have my information in their system, the chance of my application being returned is very small.
You guys should give CIC a call and tell them your name and birth date + receipt number to see if you are already in their system. If yes, then your application is in queue waiting to be processed.
Good luck!!

Fencesitter said:Sure. I called 1-613-944-4000. Select the prompt that will transfer you to CIC.
It's been difficult to get through to an agent, so just keep calling back and you'll eventually get someone...whether it's a knowledgeable agent or not is the question...
Good luck!

rhenanjay said:yeah i did many times but it says no record yet. we just need to wait a little more before we can log in.
I tried logging in for many times last May, but since the normal processing times indicated at their site is 90 days, i will try to log in when the 90th day of our application comes.
Don't hurry up things, it will come to you in God's perfect time.
