How many cases in this forum "not trackit" who applied under the new rules have been approved? I just would like to get an idea of how things are moving with the processing of applications received btwn 27 Feb 2008 and Nov. 2008.
I have no idea especially about Buffalo office, i would like to ask you a question if you don't mind,
Have you applied before or after they announced the new stage "CIO "? i mean did your application go through the CIO or it wasn't applicable at that time ?
What is written in your eligibility letter if you have one ? does it contain your NOC code and job title ?
I applied on the 28th Feb 2008, so I guess it was before the CIO stage. they started processing my application April 2008, AOR in July 2008, NOC on the list, Medical done April 2009, but nothing was mentioned to me about the eligibility. I just know that my application met all the criteria they set for processing and so it was eligible .
My file was not transferred to another office like so many other files.
