Does CIC recognise any apprenticeship letter given by a small restaurant to cook for 3-4 years. Can we claim 22 points with 3 years apprenticeship as a cook with grade 12th?
Or apprenticeship must be from recognised ,certified, registered business?
I have the same question. My boyfriend is an electrician, but he's done apprenticeship with a small company, it is not formal apprenticeship but he has a journeyman license in the state (which you have to have at least 4 years experience on the job). So we are not sure whether they will count his informal apprenticeship on the job as an educational credential.
