Applyinh without Option C of assesement

Hi,

I obtained my PR in 2009 but stayed in India till Aug 2011. Came to Canada in Aug 2011 and presently working here. I was in Canada on student permit from 2002-2007. So my last notice of tax assessment was in 2007. Now I want to sponsor my daughter who is in India. I am attaching a letter from my employer and bank statement and an additional letter as a explanation for not having recent option C of assessment.

1. Shall I attach option C of my tax assessment of year 2007 or no? My tax assessment for 2007 is below the required limit but I can show the papers I filed tax with U-file for my spouse income in 2007 (do not have option C of spouse)
2. As per my present income I qualify to sponsor the child as thus I am hoping my explanation will be accepted
3. I am PNP but moved to other province only after trying in that province for full 4 months. I was offered better opportunity in another province and moved there because of financial stability.
