applying visitor permit from off-campus working permit whinin Canaa

Hi.
I already applied a permanent residency 3month ago and waiting for it.
But I still need visitor permit rigntnow because my work permit expire end of January so I need a regal status in Canada during the time of waiting.
In this case, should I do all same steps as new visitors? or is there something add or remove steps?

I am planning to apply a new permit in coming week or a week after.
