Passed medical: May 9, 2022
Passport submission letter: May 21, 2022
Passport submitted to VFS Delhi via courier service: May 23, 2022 and returned on May 31, 2022.

Ok so check the average processing time

TRV outside Canada is around 120+ days I guess

Raise a webform and let them know of your situation. It might help

I got my PGWP on feb 22 and i applied for TRV on March 3rd still haven't heard back from IRCC . Also raised web form few times but only reply i get is " In process".

all the trv applications go to delhi, so maybe write an email to delhi immigration email add

But people apply from Delhi are getting TRV within a month I guess
