currently i am in canada with a visitor record. i must get my study permit by the middle of may. i have only 1 month left. all the papers are ready i just cant decide if i should aplly online or offline (VAC in Manila) for the fastest result. see my story:
- my current country of residence and address is in canada.
- my nationality is korea.
- upfront medical exam is done in canada.
- in this case, if i apply online - how long my SP application will take? based on processing time in Canada? or Korea?
where i came from (korea) study permit processing time is 1 week. but canada- 8 weeks. i dont know if this info is based on paper application time or online time either.
You can check your eligibility to apply online on the canada website. Since you are currently in Canada with visitor visa I think you may submit your application at VAC in LA
