Hi, I have another question: The form for family information (IMM5645) is required to be uploaded for my application as well as for my spouse. Should I upload the same file at both places?

One note though, under SP it asks about the family info of SP. And SOWP has to upload their form under "additional family member" and there should be family info of SOWP. So don't just upload duplicates

Yes. Noted. Another doubt I got while filling the IMM forms. I have only 'Given Name' (no family name/surname). Even in passport I only have Given name. But I see that in IMM forms the Family name is a mandatory field. Do you have an idea what could be updated in Family name field then?

Usually the same as main applicant, maybe a few weeks longer since they have to check more people. But all usually receive OPR together

In the study permit application form there is a mention about attaching the original letter of acceptance. Does this mean I need to attach the LOA with the form and upload as one file? If yes, how can I do it? Can you please advise.

Create your GC Key account and it will have specific instructions where to upload your LOA, and same goes with every other document

Yes, have submitted the application and have received a letter to proceed with bio-metrics but I will have to wait as the VAC's are closed. Just for my information, what is the indication that the approval is through for stage 1? Do you know?

Now there are no stages. The only thing I can tell is that if your DLI is on the list, the case would be moving along. If not, it's gonna be stuck. And give biometrics asap even if you have to travel to other country

Hi, just want to know is your study permit along with your spouse work permit has been processed. If so by when you have received the update.

Mandeep bro, I have deferred the semester to September 2021, applied for the CAQ with spouse in February 2021 and it got accepted. Now I will be applying for the Visa with spouse in the next week. Hoping for the best.
