I got SINP PNP nomination and have a job offer which I will need to apply LMIA-exempted WP.
What should I put in Offer of employment box? As of November 21, 2015, CIC no longer accepts the IMM5802 form so where should I go about it?

Yes I had my employer sign up for Employer Portal and submit offer of employment from there.
