I have been here on an open work permit which is going to expire in Nov-14-2012. I got an offer to work for a new employer starting Nov-01-2012. My new employer has applied for an LMO. Is it possible for me to apply for a work permit while the LMO application is still in process (I mean I won't have the LMO results before I apply for a new work permit)?
yah u can...they will hold on to your application for 2months and hopefully u will get your positive lmo by then coz if not they will denied your work permit application and you have to reapply again. if u get your lmo just give them a call saying you got your lmo tell them the confirmation number. gudluck.
