So I decided I should apply for an extension just incase my application gets sent back since my status expires in April and my application for PR was received on the 10th, should I state that I have applied for PR in the application? Also, can I request to stay for longer than 6 months? I am an American citizen so I only requested 6 months for my last extension since I wasn't sure if I was allowed to ask for any longer.
