Hi everybody,

I have applied for Quebec residency on 2016 and my file has not been reviewed yet and it wont be reviewed for the next 12 month or so. Meanwhile I want to apply for study permit and come to Canada on student visa. My question: is there any way the federal immigration officer will realize that I have applied for Quebec PR as well? Because there are 2 different process with 2 different organizations. Will the immigration Canada contact or somehow get the information about the application for Quebec PR?

I really need your inputs and help.
