Thanks again @ OPS! By the way, I was wondering if previous rejection would affect my pgwp. We (my family) once applied for my PR (secondary applicant) and was returned as incomplete. The 2nd time, it was rejected - CIC said the NOC doesn't match the job title. We have applied the third time awaiting a decision by April 22. We got a a letter 2 weeks ago asking for Schedule A form to be updated.
Your PR has nothing to do with your PGWP. No need to worry. By the way I got my PGWP in 27 days so I’m pretty sure the processing time might be shorter for yours too. Good luck
Excellent! Thanks for all your messages
@OPS - much appreciated!
The processing time seems to be reducing now - was 51 days ~ 2 weeks ago, reduced to 41 last week and now 34 days.....
Cheers.

Not really. You should be fine. You meet the requirements for PGWP. IRCC knows people graduate and go for the PR route anyways.
Thanks @ captainarabiia.
By the way, in relation to my previous messages regarding unauthorized work, I got a letter after submitting my application that I can work full time till Aug/pending the time my application is approved. So I guess this nullifies what my uni initially said that I must stop my work until I get an approval for a pgwp.

You should be fine to work, since technically after applying PGWP you are able to.
Thanks @ captainarabiia. My PGWP application was approved!

Do we actually get a letter which says we can work after submitting our pgwp application? I just submitted mine. Haven’t got any letter yet
Yes you will be sent one. I think I got mine the following day after submission.

Been 3 days since I applied
I see. May be due to covid-19 which is slowing everything down - not sure.
Do you need to apply for TRV separately or it comes with it when you apply for PGWP?
I didn't apply for TRV (good question, I have to find out if I need to also apply for a TRV alongside my PGWP - do I?

Need to apply unless you are TRV exempt and eligible for ETA.
