Hello, I have a complicated situation so here it goes.
I applied for a PGWP in 2014 and received it for 1 year till my passport was expiring. After renewing my passport, I applied to claim the remaining 2 years. But my application was rejected on the grounds of incorrect fee. Since it was over 90 days, my status was over and i was asked to leave the country and that I am not allowed to apply for restoration of my status .
So I left the country. Now I want to make another application requesting those 2 years on my work permit. since technically I am not asking for restoration of my status as I am outside Canada.
The problem is that the application form IMM5710E has pre filled sections for current mailing address/residential address as CANADA.
How do I scratch that and fill the form/validate it.
Is it possible to do what I am trying to do? I will be mailing my application on paper.
