You have 90 days after u graduate. The sooner you apply, lesser chance of rejection

Thank you. I initially applied from India but withdrew as soon I got to know about the processing time. I have booked the tickets for 1st April. I have a permit valid till april 9th ( given my completion date is jan 9th on my completion letter, april 9th is the 90 days limit ) and trv valid till april 30th.

I'm in the same situation. My SP expired 15th March. My passport is at IRCC delhi for stamping. If I receive it in time , I will travel before 15th

I still shows under processing. I have the withdrawal mail receipt as proof that i withdrew.

Try talking to your university's international student service or lawyers. And pls also let me know. You can send me a direct msg so that we can contact each other and exchange numbers

Correct. You cannot apply inland until IN Canada. You can go to Canada after the 15th but need to restore status to student and wait for PGWP. Cannot work. Better just to stay home and wait for PGWP outland if cannot work in Canada.

You are waiting until the last minute if there are flight delays or cancellations but your choice. Cannot say if there will be an issue at the border. You will not get any confirmation from CBSA prior to returning.

It's because my passport is at IRCC for stamping and I will get it back around 10-12th March. (I extended SP and therefore applied TRV). I have applied PGWP(owp) outside canada but I'm planning to enter canada and apply pgwp there to get implied status and faster processing .And then cancel the outside canada application

When did you send passport? Your plan will hopefully work.

Ircc Delhi(india) received my passport on 14th Feb 2025. It's taking around 24 days to get it dispatched.
Can I tell border agent that I want to enter to apply pgwp or should I tell them that I have already applied for pgwp

You are entering as a student so tell the truth if asked why returning to Canada. You only give information if they ask for it.

Ok. Sure. Obviously I will tell them that I am entering as a student. If they ask that my permit is expiring I will tell that I gotta apply pgwp
