To be eligible for Express Entry, you must have at least 1 year of full-time paid work experience.
If this work experience is in Canada, it can be in multiple NOCs. In this case, you will be eligible to apply under CEC.
If this work experience is in your home country, it must be continuous and in a single NOC. With this, you will be eligible for FSW.
Either way, having studied in Canada will not increase your CRS points.
It will increase your points in the eligibility criteria, though.
And of course, this only helps you if you meet the other eligibility criteria. Check here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
You must score at least 67 points to be eligible.

If you have graduated from a 2 year course then of course apply for a PGWP which could be issued for 3 years. Build on your Canadian work experience and apply for PR during this time. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp
