applying for general category for same sep intake after getting refusal in spp

My visa under spp category refused , embassy reasoned that not a relevent course, language abilities, level of establishment in ur own country, previous employement, future plans and prospects, where i submitted

my secondary education certificate year 2003
mecahnical engineering diploma year 2005-2008
1 year cad/cam certificate year 2008-2009
experience letter from 2009-2011

i choose mechanical engineering technology design and drafting 3 year course sheridan international

i also attached 8.5 lakh loan letter
4.5 lakh funds.
last 3 year ITR of my mother
and bank statement of last 6 months

(as my every thing is okey still i got refusal)
i want to apply again for same batch as my all papers r already prepeared in general category , is it right to aply for same this time i have to submit SOP to clearify my all things to VO. I need the visa itz very important for me.

Wht should i do?

hey dude...
u can apply in general category after getting rejection in SPP. hurry up there is not much time left. i think under SPP IT returns and bank statements are not necessary but in general these documents will be useful. u got rejected because u have done B.tech in mechanical engineering and ur choosing a diploma mechanical course so that might be the reason why ur visa got rejected...make all documents ready and make strong SOP why u choose the course n why it is useful in ur future...apply in general...i hope u will get ur visa all the best

Hello Inderdeep, Dear Don't apply for same intake this will show your intention for Visa purpose only. According to my opinion You may apply for next intake. What they mentioned in your refusal letter dear. can you give me all details of your file.

Then only I will properly guide you for your visa process.

After one refusal for your proposed Diploma, it could again be a refusal for your 'Advanced Diploma'. Just think what's the difference between a 'Diploma' or 'Advanced Diploma'. Your agent is only trying to make your fool. Apply online. Visa refusal is very high for agent led cases.

I am posting one link, search on it for the possible 'Degree Course' in your studied field. Keep in mind, only 'Degree' can get you through. (atelast this what I think, and I may be wrong with my opinions)
