I became a permanent resident in Jan 2017 but I just finished my 1095 days requirement in June 2021 and my PR is set to expire in Jan 2022 that's when my 5 years end.
Can I apply for my citizenship right now as I have fulfilled the 1095 days of requirement ? or do I have to wait the full 5 years before applying?
If you meet the requirements to apply - a full 1095 days in Canada - plus any other documentary requirements/tests/etc you can apply. You do not need to wait any "five years" before applying.

You can apply for Citizenship once you meet that 1095 days of requirement & also there wont be any issues if your PR card expires on Jan 2022 & PR card is only needed when you are travelling and returning back to Canada.
