Applying for CANADIAN PR from MEXICO

Hellooo

I am a canadian citizen. married to a mexican for 3 years
Our story is a bit complicated but we applied for his pr from
Canada. And had been waiting for almost 3 years when they
Refused our application because my husbands mexican passport
Had expired. He renewed it as soon as we realized but they didnt
Care. They arrested him and sent him back to mexico
So now im in mexico with him and we are re starting our application
Just curious who else is in this process right now maybe we can
Help eachother!

Hi brandijade .... i would suggest u first to keep calm and strong, being away from the person u love is not an easy thing.
Im passing tru' same thing but because of my refugee case, my inland app was denied after cbsa sent me back to mexico. I did applied tru' outland and im almost done. I applied on sept 2013 and im at the stage where i have being requested for my passport to get my visa stamped. My husband is still in canada.
I will also suggest u that since u became sponsor, save money as much u can, because ur hubby if he doesnt live in mexico city, hr will travel back and forward for the immigration asesments in mexico Vo. Get a lawyer o someone with experience dealing with ARC to help u out tondo the lettet ,because, he might be requested for it; RCMP certificate using a 3rd party... my husband went to brampton to those offices they deal with fingerprinting to get assistance for that police certificate.
