I am going to apply PR under arrange employment category for canada.. i also got 78 points for PR..?
I have been refused 3 times visitor visa for canada.
first 2 times i applied visitor visa from USA... at that time my status in USA is visitor. And then last time i applied from my home country and unluckily they again refused me.
so please tell me that these refusals can create a problem for me or not if i apply for Arrange employment PR for canada.
First 2 times they said to me that apply from u r home country and then i applied form my home country and then gain they refused me and at that time they gave me a refusal letter in which they written that the i am not going to came back... thts the reason of my last refusal
i am no expert but i dont think it would impact your PR application. You should wait for someone else to answer you though because my answer is a guess.
