The visit visa that my mother hold will expire on August 2025 and my question is it possible that she aply for a new visit visa or a super Visa from inside Canada before the expiration of her current visa or she should leave canada and then to apply for a new visit visa or super visa ?

If she is a visitor then she cannot apply for a new one inside Canada.

Thank you. I know that every 6 months or more (it depends) you should apply for a Visa Extension but my question is when the validity of the VISA stamped on the passport will expire so does the submission of a new Visa from inside Canada is allowed or on. Thank you for your interaction. BR

Your mother should return home and live in her home country for a while to reestablish ties there and then she can reapply for a normal TRV or supervisa.
