I get it. But what about the processing times? There is a huge difference between canadian and indian processing times.
also, none of them got it done during covid. Thats another question.

I think after your passport request approval, it will take 2-3 weeks to get stamping done in India. But still I'm not sure about this.

If you haven't given it already, they'll not ask you to give it now. You can give it after coming to Canada.

I don’t know which province you are living in right now. But, mine is biometric exempt. I didn’t gave any biometrics for my work permit as well

IRCC asked for 'Confirmation of Intent to Travel'. I don't know whether they will reject my application now. I submitted my LOE today. Hopefully I'll get my PPR this week or next week so that I can travel to India.
