apply TRV within Canada and get stamping in India

Hi.
Long story.
So I had submitted my TRV application on September 6, 2021 from Canada and had to travel to India a few days after that due to family medical emergency. I raised several webforms and sent emails. I received passport request on October 5, 2021. After going through this forum I submitted my passport through VFS on October 14. In the meantime I had an update in my CIC account with a transfer letter stating my application was transferred to NDVO. I received my passport back today without the stamp.
What to do? I’m a returning worker and have to resume my job.

Hi. I had already given my biometrics in 2019 for my study permit. The biometrics are showing valid till 2029 on my CIC account

Well, this is scary because I have a similar case to yours. My passport is with VFS as well so I'm hoping they don't just send mine back without a stamp.

I went through this forum. Asked many of the people who had done this already. They all said the passport will be stamped and sent. But NDVO did not stamp it. I’m looking for a solution myself.

I don't know the answer. You should contact the visa office / send a webform.

Yes, I'll update you. Even I had read many posts in the forum where people said to just send passport to local VAC for stamping along with the PPR letter. I had even called IRCC before leaving Canada and the agent said it's possible to get TRV stamped in India so I wasn't worried. Let me know if you find any more information or any guidance from IRCC about this. Thanks.

No, I haven't received anything yet? Do you mean a letter within the IRCC portal?

Yes. Information letter. Once my passport reached IRCC I received it

I was just asked to wait. Send webforms. I’m losing my job and I work as essential worker

Apply again…. Via portal or Gc key. Do not wait
