Apply for Work Permit through MyCIC not working?

Hey everyone!

I'm trying to start a WP application through MyCIC, but something appears to be broken. I was pressing the button "Visitor visa, study and/or Work permit" on the screenshot below (I guess it is correct way to start the WP application?):

Strange thing is that it asks me for Personal Reference Code to determine eligibility, since I am logging in with my complete EE profile and I have additional 600 points for BC PNP already assigned. So, I don't have the PRC, but OK - I tried with "Determine you eligibility and apply online..." button:

After the short questionnaire (2 pages) it tells me I'm eligible for Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class. When I press continue, I'm getting:

Please help! Does anyone have a similar issue and is there some official email where I can submit this issue?

Short update: looks like Come to Canada tool actually is not working. I'm getting the error from the last screenshot when I'm using Come to Canada tool even outside of MyCIC account.
