apply for Master degree with bachelor in canada?

I would know if it is possible to apply in Master degree in Canada universities, You know Canada has bac+4 system for baccalaureat (first cycle degree), But my country has bac+3 system to get bachelor (first cycle degree).

Which procedures should I take?
