Hi guys!
Does anyone know if I can apply for a tourist visa to Canada online without the need to travel to the embassy in my country?
I am currently in the USA and will be in Europe soon however I am a citizen of Russian Federation. So, in these circumstances, would it be possible for me to obtain a visa online or do I have to fly back to Russia and visit Canadian embassy there?
Thank you

My wife was married to me, had a PR application in progress, is from Vietnam (a country difficult to get TRV from, also requiring biometrics), she applied online, got her visitor visa in 2 weeks. (see signature)
