Applied Outland - Received Inland AOR

How can this even be a thing? We applied outland online on December 4th, 2021 and today I received a letter with a temp file # thanking us for our interest in Canada and that our Inland application has not yet been assessed for completion. There is no UCI so I'm assuming this is not AOR1 and regardless, we applied Outland. What are we supposed to do now? IRCC is just so ridiculous. Has this happened to anyone else?

Any news on what happened?
Getting nervous, as we applied via the portal in March and got no AOR. Need that until Januara though for WP-EXT.
