Applied in University of Regina. need some suggestions

Hi I am Ali From Pakistan, I applied for Univeristy of Regina, and got my Letter of Acceptance, I applied for Petroleum Engineering,
I did my Intermediate back in 2008, then I got admissin in islamabad in comsats, and left that course in middle after 1 year, and then started job ..
My profile is ielts 6.5,
intermediate 77%
matric 76%

I have saving certificate of 10 lac, my brother is supporting me his statements shows 7 lac per month income from last year, but accounts get nil at end of month, but now 10 lac is in his acount , i can also show my property with it

IS THIS ALL ENOUGH, CAN MY JOB COVER MY GAP? IS THERE ANY HURDLE ?
NEED SOME SENIOR SUGGESTIONS.

No it will not be enough , you need to show at least following amount is available for your studies .

First year tuition + 12000 C$ for living + 3000 C$ for traveling

The amount should be there for at least 4 months, the more it will be , more benefit u will get............

..If your account becomes null then VO will think that the amount is not available for you.....
..Land or Property adds to home ties but will not substitute funds.......
..Your Job will cover the GAP .......

I can pay 50% of tution fee in advance.. after that and saving certificates are coming from April,
we had some financial crises thats why his acount was geting nil, but now onwards i am the only one on which his money can b utilze..

it means that, its been 5 months i have those saving certificates.. initially they were of 15 lac, but now only 10 lac... and every month i get 10% profit on them..

It's ok then but make sure that bank statement of remaining amount should be of more than 4 months .............and also try to show the source of income..........

source of income for my brother is that he is doing job in Qatar, his pay is 7 lac, , before that , he was in USA for 10 years, he also lived in canada, but i am not going to show his relation to usa or canada.
